• 2 litres of cheap red wine
• 1 large bottle of lemon Fanta
• 1/4 bottle of vodka
• 1 lime
• 1 lemon
• 1 orange
• 1 apple
• 1 pear
• brown sugar
• ice

1. Cut the fruit very thinly and add to the jar/bucket.

• 1 orange, sliced
• 2 limes, sliced
• 175g fresh pineapple - peeled, cored and chopped
• 150g cherries, pitted and halved
• 1 bottle red wine
• 1L fizzy lemonade

1. Place the fruit in a punch bowl. (You may want to slightly crush the citrus fruits to get a little more of the flavour into the punch.)
2. Pour in the bottle of red wine and stir in the lemonade

• 1 medium apple, peeled, cored and sliced
• 150g pitted cherries
• 150g fresh pineapple pieces
• 175ml brandy
• 1 (750ml) bottle dry red wine
• 1 can fizzy lemonade to taste
• 250ml orange juice to taste

1. Slice the orange, lemon and lime into thin rounds. Place the citrus in a pitcher with the apples, cherries and pineapple. Pour in the brandy and refrigerate for 2 hours or more. Chill the bottle of red wine, lemonade and orange juice at the same time.
2. Gently crush the fruits with a spoon, then stir in the red wine, lemonade and orange juice. Add additional brandy, lemonade or orange juice to taste. The Spanish drinks recipe of sangria is ready...enjoy it !

• 4 tablespoons caster sugar
• 4 oranges, sliced into rounds
• 2 mangoes, peeled and sliced
• 4 (750ml) bottles dry white wine, chilled
• 1L ginger ale, chilled

1. In a pitcher, combine peach schnapps, cognac, sugar, sliced oranges and sliced mangoes. Chill for at least an hour.

Ingredients

• 2 tsp. finely shredded lime peel
• 1 cup lime juice
• 3/4 cup sugar
• Ice
• 1 750-ml. bottle Pinot Noir or Syrah, chilled
• 1 nectarine, pitted and sliced

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a 1-quart glass measuring cup combine lime peel, lime juice, and sugar; add water to equal 4 cups. Stir to dissolve sugar. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
2. To serve, place ice in six 16-ounce glasses. Add 2/3 cup of the lime juice mixture to each glass. Pouring along side of glass, slowly add 1/2 cup wine. Thread nectarine slices on skewers and add to glasses. The Spanish drinks recipe is ready to serves 6 persons.

* 4 plain yoghurts
* 1 small cup of sugar
* 2 cups water
* 16 large strawberries - cleaned
* Few drops lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

* Heat together water and sugar until sugar dissolves.
* Set aside to cool.
* Blend all ingredients together in electric mixer.
* Leave in fridge until cold.
* Pour into individual glasses and serve.
