Spanish Drinks Lemon Granizado
Spanish Drinks Recipe Ingredients
- Juice of 4-6 lemons (depending on size)
- � litre water
- 100 gr sugar
Heat together sugar and water.
When sugar is dissolved, remove from heat.
Stir in lemon juice.
Allow to cool.
Place in freezer until ALMOST frozen.
Mush with electric mixer into thick pur�e.
Serve icy-cold with a straw....enjoy the Spanish Drinks
