Spanish Drinks Recipe Ingredients
- 150 gr pudding rice
- 1 litre water
- 150 gr sugar
- Peel of one lemon
- Little powdered cinnamon
Soak rice in cold water with lemon peel for 24 hours.
Remove lemon peel.
Liquidise water and rice with electric blender.
Add a little extra water if necessary.
Stir in sugar.
Leave in fridge until really cold.
Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
